Yesterday, the 5th edition of the Altea Landscape Residence Scholarship was launched, created on the basis of the agreement signed between the Caixaltea Foundation, the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Miguel Hernández University and the City Council of Altea, in order to develop the promotion of the Culture and Art
The six selected students, coming from the Universities of Fine Arts of Granada, Valencia, Seville, Basque Country, Murcia and La Laguna, aim to develop an artistic project related to the practice of landscape, where a tutor assists them so that they can paint the most emblematic places of the locality, taking advantage of the Landscape and the Light that gives us our land, realizing its works from different places of Altea.
On this occasion it will end on October 1, taking place an exhibition with the works made, of which a catalog with the selected works will be made.
